4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made on time as agreed.

Refunds are not provided once a project has started, except in cases of non-performance by Alphanizes.

Delays caused by late client feedback, incomplete information, or change requests may affect delivery schedules.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for your project.

You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the rights to use any materials (logos, images, scripts, etc.) provided to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alphanizes shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, project details, and business materials private and secure.

We will not share your project details with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
